01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8jili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 8jili online gaming platform accessible at https://8jili.app.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8jili platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the 8jili platform.
• "Platform" means the 8jili website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Real Money Play" means any gaming or betting activity conducted using funds deposited into your 8jili account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your account by 8jili.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before real-money play is enabled.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8jili platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8jili platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the 8jili platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 8jili platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using your account.

8jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 8jili may result in account suspension pending verification.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and sports betting on 8jili, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active 8jili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 8jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: Before withdrawals are processed, 8jili may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify 8jili of any changes to your registered information by updating your account profile or contacting customer support.

8jili reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8jili platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposits: Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the 8jili platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 8jili aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Currency: All transactions on 8jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 8jili reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

8jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period if the wagering requirement has not been satisfied.
• 8jili reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Sports betting wagers, live casino games, and certain slot titles may contribute at different rates.
• 8jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 8jili platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 8jili does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations, 8jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change.
• 8jili reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.
• For sports betting, the rules applicable to each sport and market type are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
• For casino games, the rules of each game are displayed within the game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories.
• 8jili reserves the right to suspend or void any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 8jili platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8jili staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8jili platform, including but not limited to the 8jili brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 8jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 8jili platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 8jili platform without prior written consent.
• Use the 8jili brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any 8jili content or software.
• Frame or mirror any part of the 8jili platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of 8jili intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 8jili.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8jili's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8jili account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8jili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 8jili's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

The 8jili platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game results, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Responsible Gaming

8jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

If you believe that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, or to contact our customer support team for assistance. 12 Account Suspension & Closure

8jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Identification of duplicate accounts associated with your personal details.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 8jili reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8jili customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any pending bets and completion of any applicable withdrawal processing.

13 Privacy

8jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the 8jili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to Terms

8jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 8jili platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8jili platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8jili from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
